Returns
We offer returns on eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition that you received it
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or damaged grooming, haircare, or personal care products unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How to request a return
To request a return, please contact us at info@blokeshair.com or brian@blokeshair.com with your order details and photos of the product. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so that we can assess the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
Return shipping
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
